ORDERS
I have placed an order but i haven't received a confirmation email. What does this mean? Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there. The order confirmation should be sent right away, but it can happen that there is a delay. If you have not received anything after 24 h, please contact us so we can check that everything is fine with your order.
Can I amend my order or address after i have placed it? Regrettably it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible. If a change is necessary please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
How can I track my order? After order you will receive a confirmation email with a link to tracking.
SHIPPING
Which countries do you ship to? All products can be shipped worldwide.
How long does the delivery take? All orders are shipped with express carrier from our warehouse in Italy. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Estimated delivery time is: ITALY 2-4 business days - EU, NORWAY, SWITZERLAND 3-5 business days - USA, CANADA 4-6 business days - OTHER COUNTRIES 7-10 business days. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them.
How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping cost depends on destination country and product. When completing an order the following charge will be added to your order:
EU, NORWAY, SWITZERLAND: 5,00 € (0-5 kg) - 8,00 € (5-10 kg) - 14,00 € (10-20 kg)
USA, CANADA: 19,00 € (0-5 kg) - 29,00 € (5-10 kg) - 59,00 € (10-20 kg)
OTHER COUNTRIES: 59,00 € (0-5 kg) - 79,00 € (5-10 kg) - 169,00 € (10-20 kg)
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet? If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, it is most likely just a bit delayed but will still arrive within the next couple of days. If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than five business days and you haven’t received your order, please contact us so we can help you further.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? Returns and exchanges are accepted. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Cancellations are not accepted but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders, digital downloads and items on sale.
How can I return an item? Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
PRODUCTS
Can I order a longer or shorter cable for pendant lamps? Yes, different size cables can be provided upon request. Contact us before placing your order.
Can I order a custom color cable for pendant lamps? Colored cables can be provided upon request with an additional charge. Contact us to receive quotation before placing your order.
Can you send me a color sample of concrete? You can order the concrete sample set. After order you will receive a voucher to refund the entire set cost that can be used on your next order.
Are the lamps dimmable? All pendant and wall lamps are dimmable.
I live in the United States. Can I use your lamps? All lamps are compatible with both European and American electrical standards.
